I was driving from the Bay Area when the computer crashed in my truck. I had ten deliveries to make. I called the first company and they said they would see me in seven days. The second company said maybe later this evening. Finally I called RY-DEN located in Fresno. They understood my situation and although they had ten vehicles ahead of me they said come in and we'll take care of you. And they did putting me back on the road in enough time to complete my deliveries.
