Ryan's Auto Repair of Plymouth

Had to have a lot of work done. Check engine and epc light came on, same day exhaust fell off and brake pads needed replacing. They found the problem with the engine and quickly fixed that along with the exhausts and brake pads. Once finished we ran into some more problems with switches and modules. They worked hard to find the problems and went above and beyond fixing everything. Car runs great and communication was amazing through the entire process. Always nice to find trust working mechanics that understand the process of being overwhelmed with so much work needing to be done. Highly recommend for any needs.

Pete at Ryan's was absolutely amazing! He took care of me every step of the way. I was 3 hours from home with a broken down car. Not a great feeling. They made me feel very taken care of and got me home safely. Thank you!

I brung my car here because i couldn’t move it & the tow to my normal shop was too far. I got a diagnosis & was told i needed 2300$ in repairs & was shocked so i go it towed to my mechanic and just paid the far tow rate & they told me i only need one thing done from the laundry list of things Ryans told me i needed repaired, it only came out to 390$ and im glad i took my car from ryans & brung it somewhere else

Went to the wrong shop by mistake—and it went downhill fast. I was trying to get to Certified Auto Care of Plymouth, but ended up at Ryan's by accident. Matt greeted us and was friendly and helpful—that’s where the good experience ended. I was supposed to receive a call around 9 AM with an estimate for my brakes (that’s all I wanted done). By 9:45, I hadn’t heard back, so I called to follow up. That’s when I spoke with Pete, who was incredibly rude. He said he could get me my quote if people would stop calling and interrupting him.
