My husband went to see the Trucks as he is interested in purchasing one, based on the reviews I told my husband to go see the trucks there that apparently they are great. Well Megan was so rude and dismissive towards my husband, and why was she so rude to him because he is not white, he is Hispanic. She didn’t have the decency to even look at him. He was standing from her office door, while she looked at her computer screen the whole time he kept asking her questions. She even had the audacity to try to sell him a jalopy truck and told him that was the only truck they had available, also she wanted him to fill out an application so that they could run his credit on the spot, who in their right mind does that. Bo Marshall is great. The warranty department is terrible. We bought a 2009 International from Bo, and we noticed some issues with the rear brakes, and he got them to replaced the brakes and the drums. Great! However, in less than 350 miles we had issues with a door leak and regen system. It was down more than 2 weeks before we got it back. Just over a month later, and less than 4000 miles since we bought it, regen problem again. It has been at Ryder repair center for a week, warranty has refused to fix it, we never got a call back as promised from a manager, and the truck is still an issue. Used Truck Sales side of Ryder has been great to work with, the warranty and service side of Ryder is TERRIBLE.
