My experience buying my 3rd Truck with Ryder South Florida is satisfactory the truck we went to look at was even better than described great shape and mechanical condition the team who work there are very helpful and informative. Seriously if you are considering a "Certified" Truck don't pay the extra money because in 1 month of driving I've spent $5K dealing with Flats, oil leaks, filters, etc. Ryder says ....too bad. What a mistake will never fall for this con sales job again. Can't believe it from a company like Ryder. i thought I was buying from a great group and paid extra for it for nothing more than a used truck that has issues. Take my review to heart and if you read it...do something else as you might end up just like me. Damaged and paying thousands more for the truck and all the week to week things that are going on. oh by the way....it took a month to get titling done also, so that's another delay I had to sit out and wait on. We have had nothing but trouble from the trucks we purchased here, the warranty is useless, the company obviously cares nothing about customers , there is no accountability, they tell you how they stand behind their trucks, how great their customer service is, but will do nothing to help you when you call , they just keep telling you to look at your warranty and it covers nothing, they are useless, do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!!!!! we've had to spend $25,000 in repairs in 9mos, they should be ashamed of themselves!!!!

I would like to not even put a star. But had to to post a comment. In December 2013, I purchased a 2007 Freight liner Semi Truck. We had a written contract with a 30 day guarantee; within that contract were repairs that were promised to be repaired before pickup of vehicle. Ryder had vehicle for 4 weeks. Upon our first week of having vehicle. We had noticed that some of the repairs were not done properly or not done at all. Upon calling Ryder we were told to jump through so many hoops that by the time we were done jumping, the warranty was up and now voided. I will never recommend or buy from Ryder; this company does not stand behind their products.
