I bought a truck from this location in Dec 2022 and it's been a living hell since.. 2weeks after purchasing the truck it needed repairs. The lights wiring were bad and needed to be replaced. We took it to a Ryder location in Raleigh who claimed to fix the issue but that was false cause in Feb we had the same issue with the lights not working. By Feb 22nd my fiance and I anniversary the Truck broke down in North Idaho and needed 19k worth of work done to it. I called ryder to see about the warranty I purchased for almost 7k and Susan told me she made a mistake and didn't select full coverage and I would have to pay the bill. I was confused, angry and disappointed as I trusted Ryder was a reputable company who did good business but obviously not. RYDER sold me a LEMON.. if the truck was insp
If I can give 0 stars I will. I bought a international truck from here and its been the worst. Check engine light came on as soon as we went OTR and we have not been able to make a penny had to replace dpf and several other parts. Ryder’s and the finance company Top Mark funding is a rip off. Please save yourself the time money and stress do not buy from here. Take it from my experience. I really wish I would’ve read the bad comments first. SMH I am beyond hurt.

Every truck over 5 now I have purchased had issues within 3 days that sent it to a shop this one was listed on your sight as ready and Ryder certified and when we funded was told it needed work. We purchase the trucks to put them to work having to wait on something after it is funded is unacceptable and if you say the truck is Ryder certified I would think that would mean something also but simple things like head lights out leads me to believe they are not gone through very well.
I had a great experience at Ryder. I bought a 2017 used NPR and the staff made the buying experience very easy. Thanks to Susan and Leslie!
