Ryder Used Truck Sales

My experience with Ryder has taught me that no matter what, always have a lawyer read before you sign, and if you don’t have one, get one before truck shopping. I also will choose another industry to do business in before I’ll ever give Ryder another minute of my second/penny. My sales rep has literally put me through an emotional and financial roller coaster through hell and ghosted me. I’ve had many emotional breakdowns, sleepless nights, I’ve lost the opportunity to make money during the holidays while my sales rep takes me through what it’s like being a Ryder’s customer. Good experience working with the folks at the Syracuse location. Even though I had some trouble on my end being able to pick up the vehicle, they were more than patient. I intend to buy a 2nd truck there shortly.

Bill and Donna both went above and beyond for me today, at their Farrel Rd location in Syracuse. They helped me both professionally and personally. I truly appreciate it. Good solid people.

Usable to deliver due to road work that they were aware of before delivery. The person I dealt with pre delivery said they would unload and drive lawn mower to my property. The driver said no, he would unload but I had to come to their location and drive the lawn more back to my house. I am 85 yrs old and did not think it advisable to drive a riding lawn mower up a hill with large dump trucks and road building machinery in 91 degree temps. Will have to wait to see what they offer for delivery.

Purchased a flatbed in December...to this day I can't get the truck delivered to the agreed upon address. I also can't get a response or anyone of value to pay attention to this matter. It's really surprising for a company like Ryder to have such terrible customer service and communication with their customers.
