This place is a riip off, you think as soft spoken they are you'd think they honest ...not on my behalf...charged me for work they didn't do then gave me a hard time after showing receipts, our 8yr relationship done...always inspect your work, they did a radiator job and didn't put coolant in, charged me for a replaced part and labor but try to repair it instead of replacing, so when it came to replacing it and doing the job I paid for , they tried to up charge me for there lost on warranty, at that point legal action...which ended up bad being they have friends of friends in law, they actually brought new parts to court to solve problem, funny the judge look past the guilt and sided with them for quote not having someone from mercedes-benz to represent the issue, judge denied my video

Would not assist with an estimate on the phone. After being diagnosed at the dealer, I would have thought the customer service could have been better. An estimate is an estimate, not the bill.... won't be using this shop.

Great service! Dave did some maintenance work on an Aston Martin for me as well as other vehicles in the past. Friendly family owned shop.

This was my first visit with my car. I have to say the office manager is very friendly and is very knowledgeable. Inspection and oil change. I also had them check for a small battery draw. They didn't try to push me for any to do any unnecessary work. I would absolutely visit them again with both our vehicles. Thanks

From my first visit I experienced a pleasant atmosphere. Customer representative/secretary very knowledgable. I can trust this facility with my vehicle. I will always get my vehicle serviced here. If you need reliable service for your Benz I highly recommend these guys.👍
