We took my 2016 Chevy Equinox in Friday just afternoon. He ran diagnostics called me with the repair quote and I was able to pick it up right after they opened the next morning! They were courteous, quick and quality. I highly recommend. My nephew has been going here for years and recommended them to me.

Shawn, the owner, is very pleasant to work with. His crew is efficient, the business is very forward and honest with their quotes and timelines. I’ve NEVER had an issue with them, and they’re a family business! My husband has also had his truck worked on by these guys. I most certainly recommend them over any automotive crew in and around Tyler, TX!!! PS. Get a quote, go buy the parts yourself, and they’ll only charge labor!!!

Shawn and his son Austin were amazing. They truly care about their customers beyond just fixing their cars. They fixed a problem on my vehicle that 5 other shops turned me away for and it was done in 10 minutes. So thankful to Shawn and Austin.

Disappointing experience. They tried to charge over $100+ for a diagnostic test without even checking the car first. Later, at a different mechanic shop, it turned out the issue was just a simple oil change. The other shop checked the car properly and free of charge — no unnecessary conditions or fees. This place felt more focused on profit than honest service. Wouldn’t recommend.

I bought a tank of gas for my daughter's car in South Tyler. In less than 2 miles, the car died and then would not start. I was pretty sure the gas was the culprit. I typically work on my own vehicles, but I didn't have the time, and really didn't feel like doing this messy task, anyway. Besides, I planned to get reimbursed by the gas station owner. (I eventually did.) I called a nearby shop that has a decent reputation in Tyler, and that shop said they would not be able to work on this vehicle for some time.
