What an amazing dealership! We drove in from out of state for our vehicle. I worked with Stephen Lewis who was absolutely amazing. I highly recommend you asking for him! He was honest, upfront, and went above and beyond with any questions I had or requests with the SUV. The detail team did an amazing job as well! Stephen had everything set up and ready to go so when we got in we were in and out. Everything went so smooth. It is hard to find an honest dealership, let alone salesman. Ask for Stephen!! They were extremely fair in pricing. On top of all of this, it was refreshing working with a locally owned dealership. There was no push or cover up that felt sneaky or off. I bought a new Buick last year with S&k Soringfield and I cannot tell you how noght and day the customer service, attention to detail, friendliness of eveyone there from other dealers I've worked with. The Service team is always friendly and helpful. Doug in financing has always had a minute while I was waiting for service work to chat, review my service benefits, and has always remembered who I am. Janelle in customer service is way above the bar, treats all people like friends not just customers, and calls back quickly with help or updates. Do yourself a favor and buy from them. You kist cannot go wrong.

Exceptional Experience at S&K Buick GMC This dealership truly excels, from the sales team to the management, and even the finance department. I interacted with all three areas and had a fantastic experience. Having purchased several cars remotely, I can confidently say this was the easiest remote transaction I've encountered. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly we reached an agreement on the price and how swiftly everything progressed afterward. Great experience as always, Brian and his team always treat customers with respect and prompt service. However, I’ll be lying to say how disappointed I am with the new policy to either pay with check/cash or incur a 3% transaction fee with a card (debit or credit). In this day and age, no one walks around with a check/cash. It’s not something you’ll expect from a reputable and large dealership like S&K. I’ll expect something like this from a small down-the-street auto shop and not a dealership. The management should seriously reconsider this policy.

After a less than positive experience at another local dealership, I found a similar car to the one I was initially interested in with fewer miles, newer, and in better condition at S&K. I am grateful to Evan, who was friendly, patient, and explained everything, not at all being pushy or like a stereotypical sales person. I recommend him 100% to anyone looking for a new or used car. Shortly after the purchase, I had some brake issues pop up. I made an appointment with Brian and things were resolved quickly and the service was done complimentary, since the car was purchased only a short time beforehand. I appreciated the gesture and will be back there when it's time for maintenance for my car. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience I had at S&K and recommend them fully!
