This shop came recommended by another business owner in Chelsea. Called for an appointment on 2/10 and got price then scheduled the job for 2/12. Dropped vehicle off before they opened and left key in dropbox. Left work early and had coworker give me a ride to pick vehicle up. Got there and no one was present and it looked like the vehicle had not moved. Doors locked and key still on floor of office next to the drop slot. Called number, no answer but message provided cell phone number which I called. No answer, eventually called back and said that some things happened unexpectedly and did not get it done. Steve said he was an hour away. I told him I would get a ride home and pick it up tomorrow. Steve said that he would get it done later that day or first thing in the morning. Not great, b

Steve does good work and fun to be around ,always laughing and joking around him.

Brought a radiator to him only to have it sit there for months without even being touched. Brought it to another place and it was fixed in about an hour.

Best radiators and service available. Very fair pricing and quick turnaround!!
