S & S Best Auto Sales

Updated review: I bought a Ford F-150 from these folks in December on the 23rd. Literally waited until today (day 45 - the very, very end of their legal window) to file the sale/registration; that's after me calling for the past two weeks and leaving my original negative review here. Bookkeeper works one day a week, they have just one (1) salesman, and no actual car lot. Many of their positive Google reviews look fake (broken English or gibberish, only one review by reviewer, etc.). They don't return phone calls if you've already spent your money with them. Would not recommend doing business with this dealer.

Do not walk away, Run away!!!! They just want your money. Honestly, if I can leave them a Negative review like a -5 I would, my experience was the guy Andrew that works there told me that there was nothing wrong with the vehicle that I was going to buy which is a 2016 black F150. When me and my partner got there, We started the vehicle to find that the vehicle had a clanking sound coming from underneath the hood in the engine and we found that the vehicle did not have a oil change for a while and the coolant just water and hasn’t been changed out in a very long time. I ended up returning the keys and leaving the dealership to my surprise the guy from the dealership the salesman he calls and blows up my phone harassing me pissing me off, and this was the experience I had. Still owed 1000 on my Audi and my engine was bad. S&S helped make my trade in a breeze. Sal is the man! I even have bad credit and Sal reassured me we should be good and we were! Thanks S&S for my new to me mustang! Edit: Make sure to test EVERY feature. Found out the next time it rained my windshield wipers dont work and the AC was shot. Will forever check every feature if I ever buy used again. Overall I still love the car but they gave me the run through to get them to offer to fix it.

Expensive lesson learned!!! DANGEROUS VEHICLE SOLD!!! Sold vehicle with SEVERE and unrepairable frame RUST. Vehicle is unsafe to drive for myself and others on road. NO SAFETY OR MECHANICAL INSPECTION PREFORMED!! or their mechanic is negligent or incompetent. Frame COMPLETELY rusted through with holes large enough to fit my hand does not happen in 1 year. Car was older and higher mileage with many typical cosmetic and mechanical issues. None of which I would complain about but a car with severe structural damage is unacceptable. Be warned!!!! It's one thing to sell a used car with a non functioning power seat or window but one that is a safety liability to all those around should be criminal.

Just like Matilda’s dad. As sleazy as it gets. My husband and I were in when I was looking at trading in my Mazda, Sal only referred to my husband and called me “princess” the entire time. It was the grossest car shopping experience of my life. We left purely because of the nasty princess experience. Seeing them swapping busted parts from one car to another added to it. Such a waste of time bothering with these guys. They were shady as can be. Run as fast as you can.
