I had a tire blowout on I-24 driving from Nashville to Illinois on a Sunday night, still 7.5 hours from home. Steve was dispatched to me through my insurance and he took such great care of me and my friend. Towed me to a tire shop that ended up being closed, so he then towed me to his shop where he found a replacement tire for me. Sold me 2 tires for cheap (my car didn’t come with a spare) so we could get back home. Extremely kind, went the extra mile (literally) and provided prompt and quality service. A true lifesaver. If I could give him 6 stars, I would. Thank you Steve!

We were pulling a Disaster Relief tool trailer back from working in FL after the hurricane when our truck broke down on interstate 24. Our towing sevice, Coach Net, called S& S Towing & we were fortunate they did. Steve was able to load our truck on his rollback & pull the trailer behind to Pennyrile Ford dealership. We & all the equipment arrived safely. He even took us to a hotel & when that one was full he took us to another. We would recommend his towing service to anyone in need of one. Thanks, Steve!

Owner was not professional at all. He threatened my sister multiple times and wanted to charge her 390 .00 to get her car he had towed less than 10 miles and had on his lot for less then 10 hours. Would not let her receive her property from vehicle . Sheriff had to come out to mitigate the situation . The way he handles this is not professional and not good for business .. would not recommend him or his company to tow a hot wheel car !
