I purchased a vehicle from this dealership in 2022. Although I was given the title at purchase, it was never properly recorded, and when I later attempted to register the vehicle, the DMV confirmed the title issue must be corrected by the selling dealer. I have attempted to contact the dealership multiple times over the past two years regarding replacement title documentation. Each time I was told the matter would be looked into or that I would receive a call back, but no follow-up ever occurred. As of now, the issue remains unresolved. I would strongly advise anyone purchasing a vehicle here to ensure the title is properly transferred and recorded before leaving the dealership.

I wish I could recommend this place but I can’t. I dropped off some parts for paint after confirming on the phone that they were willing to do the job. When I arrived to the shop he was unable to provide me with a quote because he was “working on something” I was told that he would provide me with a quote via phone. Next day comes no call so I call him and he says he hasn’t even looked at the parts yet but he would have a quote by the end of the day. Of course he never called back. The next day still no call so I went to pick up the parts to bring elsewhere. Communication was next to non existent for the whole ordeal. At a very vulnerable time in my life I needed my vehicle repaired quickly but efficiently and I couldn't be happier that I chose Sabby's Automotive shop when I did. My usually goto repair shop is a half hour away and unfortunately due to health reason had to take leave for a while. The owner here runs a small local business and is usually always very busy. In the midst of crazy garage work he made the time to answer any and EVERY single question I had in a respectable and honorable manner making sure I understood exactly what I needed to know. Sabby kept great communication about updates on my repairs, my insurance and all together kept me very pleased as a worrier. I highly recommend this locally owned business for you car needs!

They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Everyone there is also very friendly and can tell, very family oriented as well! The work they do is clean and very professional as Sabby himself keeps his standards very high for the work done in his shop. Definitely my only choice for body work.
