I have purchased several units from them in the past 30 years and have never been disappointed. Purchased a vehicle from this company not long ago and found them to be very shady and dishonest. They have very unethical business practices and poor customer service. The vehicle I got came with lots of issues although the sales rep assured me that the truck runs"excellent". I also found the Manager 'Tony' to be very rude. This company is only about the bucks. Most of the good reviews are from people who either work for the company or have been solicited to provide good reviews. Before purchasing from them please do your homework on this company. The red flags are there!!

I went to RY Equipment trading and had and amazing experience. All the salesman were extremely attentive and very knowledgeable. I especially want to commend Eric which is the salesman who helped me. He was very patient and took his time to understand my needs in order to give me his expertise recommendation. I without a doubt recommend RY Equipment trading to whoever has heavy equipment and trucking needs.

This is the worst place to conduct business. Very dishonest. I purchased a 2008 Mack for $28000. Truck they showed me and started on first crank. They were to ship truck overseas. I had to call consistently for months and always an excuse tgen to be told they had issue and had to overhaul engine and demanded another $4000. Paid them the money. When truck arrived truck ran for 1 day. When checking the engine, bolts were not tightened. Engine was swapped, block was no good and crank shaft was no good. They are very dishonest. BEWARE OFVTHIS COMPANY. TONY AND FRANK ARE DISHONEST!!!

Great place to buy a truck!!! Bought an Isuzu npr reefer unit and I've never had an issue. Eric the Sales Person was extremely efficient and made completing the deal a breeze. This purchase has helped my business grow. Very happy to recommend the team at RY.
