Sadler's Marine and Sporting Goods

My family has be doing business with sales and service with the Sadler family for over 60 years. Not once have we ever had a problem. They have repaired boats, motors, lawn mowers, blowers, chainsaws, and a trailer light or two with zero issues. Cannot get any better; plus all the folks have been very helpful with our family if we have a question!

Recently I purchased another lake home in Jacksonville and I had options to purchase where I live full time but at the age of 20 I started using Sadlers Marine and not 34 years later I am back. Ryan has taken over Robert’s place and is just as personal. Highly recommend.

I wish I would have done my research on this company and read all the bad reviews they have. I took my mower in because i had to get the engine replaced… not only did I have to wait three months which to a certain extent I understand since we are in a pandemic and have shortages on everything, but they took the initiative to do things without my permission the muffler is not new they took my old muffler from the engine that broke down and adjusted it to put it on the new one. It looks so bad it’s embarrassing. What is worse is they did it without asking me first. Second when I took my mower in the eye tiger digital device to read the hours was working and when I got it back it no longer reads the hours on it. I called to ask if they would make it right, to fix it or something and they said

. I recently purchased a mower from this place for $12,000. The transaction itself went smoothly, and the staff were friendly and easy to work with. Randy, the salesman who helped me, was a genuinely nice guy and easy to talk to. That said, I was a bit let down by the overall professionalism and depth of product knowledge. Randy was wearing flip-flops during the sale, which came off a little unprofessional — especially considering the price point. They knew the basics, like what type of oil and blades the mower uses, but when it came to engine specs or more technical questions, they didn’t have solid answers.
