Safe Auto Glass

A rock flew off a semi on the highway and cracked my windshield. I called them. Got me in same day best price in town with lifetime warranty. Everything other auto glass place offer Safe Auto glass offer to for cheaper. Even if I wanted to get an oem front windshield it would have still been cheaper then other places. Great service. I had the 2015 Acura Tlx. Recommend everyone to go to them. I’m a mechanic my self and they did a great job

Service was great and staff was pretty friendly. Price was great as well. I am giving it a 3 star due to the craftsmanship and damage to my car. Wind shield was replaced but they didn't finish the job well. My window seal has small tears and disconnected. Also they damaged my leather dashboard.

To put it in simpler terms, your better taking your car to a dealership from how expensive this place is. They say they’re giving you the best possible prices but quotes are ridiculous and aren’t reasonable. I had some work done on my car and left it with them for two days for a couple drives later my check engine light came on. When I went back to address the problem they said we fixed the issue and for us to look at it again there is an additional charge. Very disappointed how they handle their customers.

My car got broken into and they were able to replace the glass and tint my window the next day. Appointment only took an hour and everyone was friendly! Bonus: it cost a fraction of the price! Seriously lifesavers

SCAM!!! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. Went to get a quote for my rear windshield that was broken. Rear of the car had some damage including the rear tail light. They offered to fix both but I said no as they were already following me to my car they then said they would bundle the price for the glass and the rear tail light and gave me the price. When I went to pick up the car they separated the service into two separate charges unlike what was discussed and given on the original quote. They did not discuss two separate charges when I can in and only made me aware of the second charge after the work was already done and I had already tapped my card. lesson learned but beware they will try and trick you into pricing and seperate transactions do not trust a word they say.
