I worked with Brayan for my first time ever purchasing a vehicle on my own. I was not feeling confident nor was I at all at ease about it, but what a breath of fresh air finding myself at Michel Motors - Safeguard Auto Solutions - in Buffalo. What I liked best is that there was ZERO pressure. Brayan let me know he was there to help if and when I wanted. Once I was ready, he was very attentive and responded to all of my inquiries right away. It was obvious to me that he cares about his vehicles and customers and that I could trust him. I've had my vehicle for over a month now, have done a road trip to MI and am quite pleased. I am grateful to Brayan for his help and absolutely recommend him.

I recently purchased a vehicle from Michel motors in Buffalo a 2017 Toyota RAV4 with over 113,000 miles on it. The vehicle appeared to be brand new.
