Safelite auto glass

What an outstanding experience from Safelite BNA. Submitted the claim through GEICO. We were contacted within 24 hours by the repair tech Jessie, whom I cannot speak more highly of. First and foremost, a few things set this experience apart. Jesse’s communication, punctuality(he actually arrived early) and expertise. By the way Management, this young man needs a branded pop-up tent to maximize his results and elevate customer satisfaction. 🤷🏻‍♂️ I had a pretty solid impact. I had my windshield replaced by Safelite in January 2025. Unfortunately, they damaged my trim during the process, but I didn't report it at the time, hoping to just move forward. Fast forward to this winter, I started driving the vehicle again and noticed a crack growing rapidly, likely due to the defroster. I called Safelite, expecting them to honor their lifetime warranty. However, the representative who came out today denied my claim, citing an alleged impact mark. I strongly disagree with this assessment, as the crack starts from the interior side of the windshield and extends to the installation area. When I questioned their reasoning, the rep suggested that "things fall out of the sky," implying that I was somehow responsible for the damage. I'm extremely disappointed in Safelite's

This is the worst Safelite in history. I had an appointment yesterday and my technician never showed up. I’m so glad I took the day off work just to sit and wait for no one to arrive. I tried calling this location and no one answers. I called the 1 800 number and they could not get anyone to answer either. It is now the next day and no one has reached out to reschedule. We actually had the same horrible experience a year ago. My wife brought her car there and they broke her wipers. We had to go back multiple times because they could not figure out what they damaged. Eventually, we had to take the car to the dealership to have it fixed properly. Please do not waste your time with Safelite. They will either not show up or do the job wrong.

Donovan installed a brand new windshield and left the wipers up which promptly hit the new glass and left a bigger crack than he started with in the old window. He then said my card would not be charged until the new replacement window was installed. He drove away. My card was immediately charged over $900 and now no one wants to answer the phone to discuss fixing it. 🤬

Update: They never got back to me Monday after I attempted to reach out. I am switching companies and never using Safelite again. One of our back windows was busted in Louisville- so I made an appt as quickly as possible, knowing we had a road trip coming up. They called to re-schedule because they had to order the window. So since we’d have to leave town during the new time- we had to deal with the open window on our road trip and schedule it in Nashville. Then THIS location re-scheduled because they also had to order a window. So it was finally on the schedule for Saturday between 12-5. We didn’t hear anything until after 4 and was told they would be another 45 mins or so. I was unable to receive the call at the time, but my parents were waiting at the house all day.
