Got my windshield replaced on my 2017 Ford Flex. Everything went really well. Dillon the technician was very knowledgeable and professional. I will definitely use there service again should I ever need them.

Very professional service! I was very impressed with the overall care of this company. From scheduling all the way to the day of repair they always kept me informed and made sure I had all my questions answered. The service was absolutely amazing and went by so smooth. William and Cody worked fast and were very professional! They took great care of my car from start to finish! The new windshield looks amazing! I am very happy with the services and would highly recommend to anyone needing a replacement or repair!

Great experience! Friendly, professional call taker. Tech Christopher kept me up to date while enroute. Explained procedure. Worked late to get both chips repaired with good results. Will use again.

*Amended* safelite made it right. Dylan came out and fixed the issue. I re-adjusted to 4 stars because the company made it right, promptly. Old part of review Arrived late to appointment. Which wouldn’t have been an issue if it was a good install, mess was left all over dash and floor. My rain sensing wipers no longer work, waiting on safelite to come back out and fix. I shouldn’t have to call back or be at risk to find out they didn’t work driving in the rain… Original techs should have double checked before leaving. install took 5 hours WITH TWO TECHS! I had to take off and reinstall gaskets and weather stripping on door glass. The glass goes up/down noticeably slower than the opposite window now, the techs stated they’d never installed door glass before. 🤷‍♂️. Barely vacuumed any of th

This is the worst experience I've had with Safelite. The previous experience was not with the Chattanooga office. I received a call from them stating they where and hour away and get ready. 20 minutes later I received a call from the installation tech, not management, telling me it may be raining by the time they get here. Now you get a 5 hour appointment window. One would think that helps with things like TN showers. I told him I could not reschedule on immediate notice. I called national customer service to share my lack of understanding, and they called Chattanooga, while on hold, the Chattanooga manager called me and lead with "its raining there now right?" To which I replied no. Hasn't rained, isn't raining, and there's an 80% chance its not going to rain. My last replacement was in H
