Highly recommend this location and normally safelite. Had a chip in my Ioniq 5 windshield. No hassle - they dealt with the insurance and fixed it. I made an appointment for Sunday 8:30 AM. Promptly they took me in and fixed it in less than 30 minutes as promised.
Although it was impossible to get to a live person by phone to ask if I needed a replacement, on line asking brought a technician to my home who said "yes" and scheduled it for a few days later. Fabulous, courteous, home replacement by an excellent technician. So much better than sitting in a waiting room at the shop.
I highly recommend Safelite! Scheduling was super easy and fast! A technician came to my house to replace a windshield. He was here at the beginning of my scheduled time! He was terrific! He was kind, helpful, knowledgeable and went above and beyond what he needed to do! He even fixed a piece in the interior that had come loose! I can't say enough about what a great experience it was!
I had my cracked windshield replaced, the service was very professional. Irma at front desk was very helpful. And Nicholas my tech who did replacement took the time to answer all my questions did a great job from replacing windshield to vacuuming car and cleaning windows. Would definitely recommend Safelite to anyone! GOD Bless!
We got the service for them to come to us. He called before arriving as well when he was done with the installation. Friendly and prompt also he let us know how long to wait before driving the car and the reason for it. Second time using Safelite and just as happy as the first time
