⭐☆☆☆☆ If I could give ZERO stars to Safelite, I would. This has been a THREE-WEEK nightmare just to replace the back glass on my car. Appointment #1: The technician showed up with the WRONG glass and then told me I needed to purchase an additional $300 part. Annoying, but fine — I bought the part immediately. After that? Silence. No follow-up. No scheduling. I had to call multiple times just to get another appointment because no one could be bothered to contact me. Appointment #2 (today): I stayed up with NO SLEEP — I work nights — waiting during my service window. Ten minutes before the appointment window closed, they called to say they have NO IDEA where my glass is. How does a company whose entire business is auto glass not know where the glass is? Customer service has been just as bad.

I had an amazing experience with Satellite! I needed help cleaning resin, and they handled it quickly, professionally, and with zero stress on my end. They knew exactly what to do, had all the right tools, and made the whole process effortless. I took my Jeep into Safelite Auto Glass on Inwood in Dallas for a front windshield replacement. I booked & paid online in advance. I received text messages from Safelite confirming my appointment & payment and then appointment reminders via text. The front desk staff, technicians, and all employees I met were courteous and professional. While I waited there, they quickly replaced my windshield, attached my rear view mirror, returned my registration & toll tag stickers straight & securely attached. The windshield was a perfect fit and my Jeep even smelled cleaner inside after the installation. No problems & outstanding service.

I broke the back glass on my Jeep and they quoted under everyone’s else at $514. I clicked the box for heated glass fyi in the estimate. When I went to drop off the car, it was $900. Very bad business practices so I will not be doing business with them in the future. I went somewhere else and got it done for $560. Please consider that this place does not hold its word and you can’t trust them. I’ll update this if they reply here and try or try make it right. They tried to give me $150 off as I left but that wasn’t ok. The woman I dealt with was kind and it wasn’t her fault. She seemed really stressed that she would be fired easily. I hope she finds a better management team somewhere else that doesn’t cause her such stress. Good luck.

Had my windshield replaced just over a month ago. Got a tire chip in it, half the size of a dime, if that. They came out "fixed " it sent a text saying it spread about an inch or so...... more like over over a foot. All they wanted was to make the windshield worse so I would replace the whole windshield again. Maybe the windshield they installed was faulty.... or more like just make it worse so he will give us more money. I wouldn't trust them if you are looking for a fix or windshield replacement. Their customer care is a joke!
