I initiated the repair through my insurance company American Family and Safelite took over from there. I was informed each step of the way through the process. The technician and his trainee were professional, courteous and pleasant. They finished the job in less time than estimated. They were tidy and left no mess. They explained the after care and offered to answer any questions.

We needed to stop on our trip to town because of a rock that hit us from a semi. It was super fast getting an appt and in store! Brian and team took less than 20 minutes at their location to get the job done.

I had to wait a couple of weeks for my repair because of remodeling at the shop. My Toyota windshield required a camera calibration, so an at home repair wasn’t an option. I was told on line that the job would take at least three hours or perhaps all day, but I got a call an hour after I dropped it off saying it was done. The replacement is perfect. Safelite was fast, efficient, and courteous. I highly recommend them.

Nikko is truly a master technician! His chip repair on my windshield was perfect and hardly took long so I could get back to work on time. He called beforehand and made sure we had shade and protection over the car …out of the sun so it would go well. He showed up on time plus made sure he had directions to get to us. Thanks Nikko!!!
