I had my rear window replaced. They left broken glass shards all over my bed cover and inside of my truck bed. The one thing you’d expect a company who replaces broken glass to do is to clean up the mess afterwards. They didn’t put the trim back to how it was before. They left the carpet over top of the trim. I only give them 2 stars because the window was installed and appeared to be sealed correctly and also for the ease of making the appointment and letting them handle the rest with insurance. However I do feel like my vehicles care wasn’t priority to them and feel like they could care less how they presented it back to me afterwards. 2002 F150 - Easy to schedule and all.... reasonable price, right in line with everyone else. When the tech arrives, he tells me they won't touch it because someone has already replaced the windshield before and didn't do it correctly. There's no damage to the truck, no rust, no bent metal, no missing parts or anything else like that, just the windshield hadn't been sealed correctly the last time it was replaced years ago....Aren't you going to seal it again when you install the new windshield anyway? I'm not building a show truck, it's 24 years old anyway...I asked about signing waivers or whatever else against holding them responsible for issues.... I was very pleased with Safelite getting my appointment SO SOON and being able to get it moved earlier in the day because rain was moving in and I had no carport or garage to get in. Jason was very professional and worked in a very timely manor and did an excellent job on my windshield. I was very shocked he had it done so quickly. I could not ask for anyone to do any better and my windshield looks GREAT 😊

Jason provided outstanding service while replacing the windshield on my 2016 Kia Optima. He was extremely kind and careful with all of my belongings, friendly throughout the visit, and very professional. Loved the professionalism of each person. The actual installation was much faster than expected and I love that there is a warranty. Definitely will use their service again if needed. Very happy.
