The representative who answered the phone call to schedule our appointment was super kind, friendly, and professional! She was super easy to understand and got our appointment set up right away. Our technician, Isaiah was professional, kind and friendly as well and showed up on time! He gave us a courtesy call to let us know. He was on his way as well. He was polite and got the job done quickly, cleanly, and efficiently! He did an amazing job with the installation of the new windshield! We are super impressed and will highly recommend Safelite! We are very pleased with the ease and professionalism evident with the windshield replacement on our high-end SUV. Daniel was our tech and his experience and precision was simply impeccable. The new (expensive) Safelite windshield wipers, however, are not to our liking - they make the wiper arms rise way above the carefully crafted hood design meant to hide them from view creating a visibility distraction. We will be replacing then again, again with the lower profile blades that the GM designers intended.

Using this company was very easy to get my Mercedes glass replaced. The technician came in earlier than scheduled because there was an appointment that had canceled, which was great for me. The technician explained everything he needed to do before he started, and he explained how to take care of the glass after it was installed, he was very friendly and completed in a timely manner. I will use this company again for future installs. I’ve always used this company for previous installs I love their mobile service because it’s very convenient.

The location in Henderson off American Pacific is an absolute disaster. They lie, rush, and don't care about their customers! They messed up my windshield, and was unbelievably rude to me about it because they "wanted to leave early"!! My insurance recommended for me to use them. How unfortunate. They will absolute make you feel like a burden to them. Thank goodness there are many other glass companies around, as I and everyone I know will not be using any safelite location again!
