Requested service for a minor chip repair in which the technician caused a crack to my windshield (not even a month old). He calls apologizing for the crack. I immediately put in a warranty repair to replace the windshield and the manager Sal instructs the new tech that my warranty is voided. Like hell! Your technician caused the crack by applying pressure to my windshield. No glue, no suction cup prints just both palm prints and forearm print are on my windshield which I have photos of and you say it's not covered! Absolutely not! I could have taken my car to the dealer and let them replace it with this shoddy warranty and workmanship. It's even worse if your tech admits and apologizes for cracking my windshield but conveniently leaves this out of his notes. Considering previous reviews t

The tech came after hours to make certain the job was done as promised. It only took about 90 minutes. He was very friendly and professional. Gave me precautions for the first few days of driving to make certain the seals were set. I was also pleased he moved my vehicle registration and oil change reminder stickers The new windshield wipers are great also, lot of rain today. Highly recommend!

I needed my windshield replaced and came to Safelite. I chose the option where you drop you car off in the morning and come later in the afternoon to pick it up. I was able to schedule the drop and go for the very next day. The people who took care of my care were very friendly and nice. I had to come later than expected to pick up my car, and the manager was kind enough to stay a bit past closing time. By the time I got there, it was dark, and so the manager was very considerate and walked me to the car and to ensure I got to my car safely. The windshield was replaced in a timely, efficient manner. There is also flexibility in choosing different kinds of scheduling that best meets your needs. The people who are involved are very kind, friendly, and generous. Would recommend!

Outstanding service! Reached out to our local Safelite Rep Tim who got me connected with a representative of Safelite. She helped schedule me in for a remote windshield replacement ASAP. Technician Brian came out and was great at communicating and worked quickly and efficiently. Was finished within 2 hours and ready to go. Thank you!

Had my windshield replaced today. I'm not too happy with the experience as a whole. I arrived at 7am. per appointment, and they told me about 1.5 hours, I went across the street to get breakfast. They called me an hour later to tell me that they broke the new windshield when they were installing it. Now the reason I gave a five star, the manager told me it would be a while until they got a replacement. He then let me take his personal vehicle so I could take my daughter back to her mom on time. That was going above and beyond as a manager. At the end of the story, I got back around 11 am and had to wait until the vehicle was completed at 2:40 pm. My 1.5 hours turned into almost 8 hours, and my day was wasted. I need the windshield replaced on my personal vehicle. Let's see if someone
