Fast and professional. Don't be fooled by the curb appearance of the shop. It may be a small old location, but the staff are great. Safelite gave me the option of mobile repair which we tried and didn't work (Costing me $0) And then a few days later, I had a brand new windshield installed quickly and professionally. A work meeting made me late to my appointment and they fit me in anyway, And everything from the receipt to the follow up instructions were automatically sent to my phone.

Let me start with The final Job was done excellently, it was all the nonsense leading up to the job that was the issue. We scheduled a replacement at our house. A service they offer. They contact me the day before to say there is potential snow that might start at the time of my appointment. They tell me "We will need to reschedule". I offer to bring it into their shop. They say "Sorry all booked up". Fair enough Weather happens its understandable. I reschedule... Day before the next appointment. They Tell me it will be to cold to do the job, unless I have heaters for their employees. You would think a service that offers to come to your house would have their own equipment for the service. Perhaps a Quick sun shade to protect the vehicle from snow in the winter or heaters for their emplo

I had a late afternoon appointment. They called and informed me that I could bring my truck in early. Once there, they had my truck in within ten minutes. It took less than two hours to have it finished and back on the road. They did great work. I’m very happy with my new windshield

If i could rate lower i would. Scheduled an appointment that they rescheduled 4 times. Only received a call from them after the 3rd reschedule. Price went up $200 on the 4th reschedule and couldn't talk to anyone that actually worked at this location. Customer service and communication are well below a poor and rating this company even 1 star is exceedingly generous.

We had several chips in our windsheid from passing a gravel truck on the interstate. Having initiated our appointment online, we recieved a call within a couple of hours. We opted for mobile service and were given an 8am - 12pm appointment. The morning of the appointment, our technician called and gave an estimate of when he would arrive based on our place on his list. He was spot on in his estimation. We got a call about 10 minutes before he arrived. Our tech, Dean, was friendly, professional and did a great job on our repair. Our repair was 100% covered by insurance. (Edit: After posting I saw the title of my review was automatically posted "Great price".. umm yes. We paid nothing out of pocket. So it was a great price!)
