Nate was awesome! Exactly on time! Answered all my questions and offered advice for the best results. i.e. When to use the car wash, adhesive curing time etc. Also, the new windshield was spotless! Not a smudge or smear. He really took the time to make sure it was perfect!

Very easy to schedule, service was done very quickly. Came right to my work so I didn’t have to miss any time which was amazing! Nate my technician was very communicative about when I could expect him and what the process was! He did a great job!

My technician, Nathanyell, was awesome. Very knowledgeable, proficient, and helpful while working on the replacement. Check your Credit Card after they leave though... I at the time of service. Nate pulled up my bill, it was correct, I paid, I was emailed a receipt with an authorization for the correct amount but was overcharged on my CC statement. If I didn't check my CC there would be no way to catch this. When I called they said they would reverse the charge (time will tell if there is any issues there) but no explanation as to how I was given a receipt that did not match my credit card statement.

The Kalamazoo Safelite facility made the whole process of replacing my windshield very easy. They were professional, completed the job in less than two hours and then gave me instructions on caring for my new windshield. I would definitely use this facility again should the need arise.

Had a new back window put in 4 years ago. This week i had to have my car painted under the window because my car was scratched by them and began to rust. When I call to complain you cannot get to talk to anyone. I wanted to speak with a manager, if they even care. I dont know who to trust but I thought Safelite knew what they were doing.
