I had a great experience with Safelite AutoGlass from start to finish. The representative who scheduled my appointment was friendly, professional, and made the process quick and easy. They explained everything clearly and helped me find a time that worked for my schedule. The technician Brandon who replaced my windshield was just as impressive—on time, courteous, and very knowledgeable. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and they made sure everything was clean and perfect before leaving. Overall, the entire experience was smooth and stress-free. I’m very satisfied with the service and would definitely recommend Safelite AutoGlass to anyone needing windshield repair or replacement.

Really excellent service at my home. Online application, no need to use your insurance, rep will phone yo confirm appointment and may also ask for your VIN# to ensure bringing the right parts (i told mine to ensure it's not accessible to insurance/recorded).Done within an hour. I got the premium level service for my windsheild: home service for free, lifetime parts and labor for free including small repairs.

Backing them one hundred percent I was totally satisfied, not only do they contact me before it's the appointment to advise me of the things I needed to do, they also contact you after to make sure the tape is taken off at the proper time. The car is washed at the proper time. Things like that mean a lot, very, very polite in both manners on the phone. While I was there in person, all the texts were great. I would highly highly recommend them.

Please be aware of poor business ethics! This facility made two appointments with an elderly person and cancelled both appointments(2 separate days) back to back for “different” reasons. They gave two reasons, in which BOTH should have been DISCLOSED at the time the appointment was made. After waiting 48 hours for Safelite to render service, the customer was asked to drive to the bridgeview location(13 miles away) for service. That option was declined due to health reasons. We have followed up with corporate as well as others to help with how this was handled. I would hate for anyone else to experience this type of service,(or lack there of). While driving my recently purchased car on the expressway, a pebble hit my front windshield and put a small hole which unfortunately two small cracks started forming. I knew it was going to keep spreading & wanted to get it repaired. I remember hearing the "Safelite repair, Safelite replace!" commercials so I went online and made a repair appointment for them to come to me on 1/6/26. You can also go to their shop but I didn't want the crack to continue to spread. You can also choose to have the windshield replaced if you're crack is more than 6 inches.
