Safelite AutoGlass

Had to call Geico for glass repair and I.asked if they had a company that could fix my windshield at my home due to my time constraints. They quickly put me in touch with Shandria who processed my claim with Safelite. Immediately I was sent an appointment time (with a workable time window, not the typical "we'll be there sometime that day".) I recieve updates and confirmations leading up to my appointment day then Devon called to give me an estimated arrival time and it was spot on. It was nice to have that. Then Devon was courteous, professional and diligent in his work. The new glass was beautiful and he offered the additional rain shield (I highly recommend this! Its amazing!) The entire process with Safelite was wonderful and Im so happy that it was so convenient.

To say it was a crazy busy day from heck is an understatement. I was trading in my vehicle to Carvana the same day, I scheduled my windshield replacement. My fault on not doing it on different days but was trying to utilize my day off. I spoke with Grady and the store manger and let them know my timing dilemma, they jump right into action to help get my dilemma handled. Thank you Grady for getting it knocked out in a timely manner and being just a Genuine good guy. Also, thank you to the entire Safelite team and management for handling it like pros!!!!

My windshield developed a single long crack from an old small rock chip after the record snowfall this past winter in Pensacola. I chose Safelite for the replacement because they beat the price of everyone else in my area by about $100. My technician was Brandon. He was courteous and on time for the appointment. The windshield was replaced in the parking lot next to where I work. Brandon worked quickly and completed the installation of the new windshield in about 40 minutes. He successfully transferred a SunPass sticker from my old windshield to the new one and even installed a pair of new windshield wipers that I had in the car at no extra charge.
