Not sure which location our tech came from, but Ezequiel was an absolute pleasure to work with. He did a great job replacing the windshield & cleaning up afterwards. Best part was his upbeat & positive attitude. He was just a wonderful young man to work with. I also need to mention that the scheduling & appointment was very easy to set up & the communication is on point! Thank you for a great experience!
Safelite has always been my go to for windshield replacement, their service is excellent and you would be surprised at how affordable replaceing a windshield can be out of pocket. They replaced the windshield in my 1977 C10 pickup when I couldn't get the windshield delivered from the parts house without being broken. The service was fast, I scheduled my replacement on Monday and had a new windshield on Wednesday evening. I have always been happy with the service from Safelite.
I had a great experience having my windshield replace by Safelite. The staff was friendly, professional, and made the whole process quick and easy. The technician did an excellent job replacing my windshield and everything looks perfect. Fast service, great workmanship, and outstanding customer care. I highly recommend them if you need a windshield replaced.
Replaced my windshield on my 2019 Jeep quickly. I elected to go to the shop, made a next day appointment (scheduled for 2 hrs) and was happily surprised when the job was completed in just 45 minutes. Courteous, friendly staff, nicer waiting room.
Absolutely Insane. I booked back in January to fix my rear passenger quarter panel window and they came to the appointment with the wrong part. Twice! There has been no attempt to reschedule and you cannot even make contact with anyone on the phone. The price magically went from $272 to $495. The technicians were both nice and professional but this is very disappointing and unacceptable. I would have liked to keep my appointment and actually get the right part but charging me more without any explanation or new appointment date is absurd.
