Safelite AutoGlass

I was reschedule several times due to multiple issues. It was a nightmare trying to get my. Windshield fixed had to speak with corporate , store manager and email the district manager. I was rescheduled 4 times in the span of 1 week. Everytime they give you a 5/6 time frame when they are going to be there so I took time off work every single time to ensure I was here and everytime I was rescheduled. Shane that calls you and picks up the phone is awful and is little to no help. After calling everyone and complaining and was on the phone with them for an 1hr and a half and 15 calls later a tech FINALLY showed up. Do NOT get anything repaired through Safelite. I needed to get my windshield replaced, and when safelite came out to fix it something happened to where the windshield they were putting in got broken, and my vehicle had to get towed and repaired, Safelite told me they would pay for me to have a rental vehicle, and told me over the phone that the vehicle was reserved and all that I had to do was go pick it up. When I went to the location the car was supposed be rented through, they told me that a rental car was not reserved and they had no vehicles left to rent out. I called customer service for Safelite and was on hold for a half hour until I was told someone should reach out to me soon about the rental and that was all they could do at the moment. I never heard back from Safelite, nor rece

I got an appt same day and they did the job quickly. Did a great repair on my windshield. I would definitely use them again.

Even though there is kind of a large window of time to when you will have the job done, they were earlier than later the two times. They were professional and the texts received were fantastic; when they were on their way, when the job started and ended. I highly recommend Safelite!
