I recently had my windshield replaced at the Riverside Safelite location. After the installation, I noticed scuffs/scratches on my dashboard that were not there prior to service. Communication with the store manager felt dismissive rather than solution oriented from the start. When I contacted the store manager to address the issue, I provided a 30-minute arrival window (3:00–3:30 PM). He stated he could not meet during that time due to personal matters and said I gave him a “broad range,” which I did not feel was unreasonable. I am so grateful that the process of getting my window replaced was so easy. Our tech Anthony was great. There was a slight issue and he did everything he could to fix it and with a great attitude about it. We will definitely be using you guys again! (Just hopefully not because someone broke into our car again.)

Knowledgeable, kind, and professional staff. It was easy to set up an appointment on their website. I arranged for a mobile visit, but they informed me that I needed to bring my car to the shop because it was a bit more labor intensive. It was not a problem. This is the second time I have received services for glass replacement with Safelite through my auto insurance and each time has been outstanding work. Life can be unpredictable and unfortunately things like this can happen but I am forever fortunate for Safelite and technician, Martin, by my side! Martin was timely, friendly, dependable, and skilled in his craft. He advised me to visit the shop to have a seal put in place prior to my scheduled appointment the next day as a precaution and for my own peace of mind. I really appreciated this and when I stopped by the shop an hour before closing that same day, I was very happy to have him do the seal. Thank you Martin, and thank you Safelite!
