YOU WANT TO READ THIS. I edited my review after learning that we could request an OEM - Original Equipment Manufacturer glass, otherwise they wouldn’t bother to offer it. Mine was installed today, the brand name is Fuyao. I wish I could get original Toyota one. I even mentioned to them that I almost installed at Toyota dealership. Had my windshield damaged by a rock on the highway and replacement was handled through my insurance. The reservation process couldn’t have been easier—everything was set up in minutes without me having to do much at all. When I arrived, check-in was fast and smooth. The staff was ready for me, and they got started on the repair right away. The whole process was quicker than I expected, and the quality of work looks great. Please note that I choose morning appo

Manufacture installed keyless entry on my windshield. Safelite calls after I drop my car off and says they can’t replace that. I called Toyota and they said they absolutely can replace it, they just have to get the part and don’t want to. Tech said he’d leave the piece in my cup holder, instead he left it hanging off my windshield, unusable. I had to make a be claim with insurance to have it reinstalled at the dealership, which is where I should have had the work done in the first place. Tech was rude and impatient on the calls. I don’t recommend this location and will not use in the future.

While I had a great experience at the end I wanted to point out the customer service rep gave me rude behavior as I didn't quite understand how my windshield was damaged. He asked how it got damaged and my reply was "I do not know". (When I went to bed it was fine and I woke up and it was broken) So I truly did not know how it broke. His reply "I cannot put I do not know in the system so you're going to have to tell me something else. Was it an accident, a rock, something"? So my reply..."sure ...a rock". So now I'm lying 🤥 that just doesn't sit right with me. :( He then asked if I wanted windshield wipers and I wasn't sure if I needed any so I asked if I could let the tech know when he comes and his reply "no you cannot, you either decide now or you cannot get them installed". The staff at Safelite AutoGlass were outstanding. They were courteous, professional, and communicated clearly throughout the process to keep me informed on the progress of the work. I arrived early, and they completed my Tesla service and calibration much sooner than expected. Thank you for a great experience - I would not hesitate to recommend this location to family, friends, and neighbors. A+ service

Zero stars, I recommended this place to my dad based on a previous positive experience and they just lost my respect! My dad scheduled a windshield replacement through his insurance company and they scheduled a day for them to come out to replace it. They bombard you with phone calls and texts, reminding you of your appointment wanting you to confirm several times all throughout the week. My dad replied to the phone calls, replied to the text messages and confirmed today was the day of his appointment. It’s 5 o’clock. Nobody has shown up not a text message not a phone call in regards to if they needed to reschedule if they were running behind my dad has tried to call the one 800 number several times to contact somebody. Nobody has gotten back to him. That is completely unprofessional and i
