Safelite AutoGlass

On Tuesday October 28th, 2025, at approximately 9:30am, I brought in my 2022 Ford F-150 into Safelite located at 803 Woodmere Ave. Traverse City, MI. 49686 to have the rear glass replaced. At approximately 12:00pm I received a call for an employee at Safelite stating my rear glass was replaced. I was also told that when they were pulling it out of their garage the employee cut the corner too tight and hit the side of the building with my truck. I arrived at Safelite at approximately 12:25pm and saw my truck parked. I got out to examine the damage. There was damage to the passenger side rear of the vehicle behind and above the rear wheel. Great service to out of towners! We set up an appointment on-line while traveling across the country. They fixed the chip quickly and sent us on our way. We arrived a little early but they got us in and out in 30 minutes. Big thanks to their wonderful service!

The CSA was knowledgeable and extremely helpful and got me an appointment in short order. My appointment was on a Saturday and the technician was the only person onsite. He handled my windshield replacement which included recalibration along with other customer repairs, AND fielded customer service questions seamlessly. He estimated 2.5 -3 hours and it was complete in 2 hours 35 minutes. He was very polite, friendly and extremely professional and proficient. Thank you SafeLite, but most of all THANK YOU, Dave, the technician! He deserves, at the very least, a raise, if not a promotion!

Excellent service and communication. The installation tech was very professional and performed the work in the stated timeframe. I probably could have gotten it done cheaper elsewhere, but for the convenience, quality of the service performed, and frictionless process- it was worth it.
