Safelite AutoGlass

I've been coming here for all my windshield needs! The staff are always professional and knowledgeable. Half of the time I go to Safelite to fix the dings on the windshields on our vehicles, I pay out of pocket. I am very grateful and relieved that it has always been fairly priced. In all of my experiences, the staff was always friendly and caring of our vehicles. I also love the warranty and the nation wide accessibility. Overall, I highly recommend!

Very smooth process! I filed a claim with my insurance after a rock hit my windshield on the highway. The chip developed into a 6-inch crack the next day and I had to get it fixed quick! I chose Safelight, scheduled an installation date and brought the car in. The girl that checked me in at the front desk was very nice and knowledgeable about the process. It took them about 2 hours to replace and calibrate my new windshield. They handled the claim through my insurance. No hassle. No complaints!

Horrible experience! I took my Tesla Model 3 in for a windshield replacement, and the technicians broke both of my sun visor clips without saying a word. To make matters worse, they don’t answer phone calls, so good luck trying to get any help afterward. Their customer service is absolutely terrible. This isn’t even the first time they’ve messed up my car. The first time, they installed the wrong windshield, and I had to drive around for over a week with my rearview mirror taped to it. Completely unacceptable. Do yourself a favor and find another windshield repair business. This is probably the worst place in Tucson!

Awesome experience. The tech gave me plenty of notice before he showed up. He showed on time, was very professional, got straight to work and did a great job. I have multiple cars and don't plan on having anybody but Safelite install my glass from here in. Thanks

Multiple painful errors. I wasn't planning to write a bad review until I finished repairing mistakes Safelite had made. I had my windshield on a 2025 Hyundai Santa Fe replaced around March 20th. Safelite messed up quite a few things for me. 1) The Safelite technician left pinkish purplish marks on our beige suede A pillars near the windshield. I complained over the phone, sent pictures via email and received no response. That was disappointing. 2) In May my passenger windshield wiper stopped working. It was just dead. Drivers side worked fine. I assumed Hyundai had failed me. After reviewing the repair manual I realized that the WIPERS ARE REMOVED DURING WINDSHIELD REPLACEMENT!!!
