Safelite

Absolutely furious with Safelite. When the crack in our windshield happened almost three weeks ago, I quickly made the appointment while still on the drive (I was the passenger). First, the day of the appointment Safelite calls saying they can’t do on-site. The Safelite employee who made the appointment was incompetent, making the appointment making experience as slow as possible. Was it her first day on the job?? When the second appointment came up and we arrived at the Walterboro location, they said it couldn’t be repaired (when we initially provided images of The crack and a tech said it could be replaced). They didn’t have our windshield in stock, so ANOTHER appointment is made. Now to this morning, where we said it would be difficult to make an 8am appointment, but the tech said it wo

Fast and friendly! Great quality work. Exactly how a business should be ran.

Everyone was awesome. They met me at the car as I pulled in and took it straight back to start replacing the windshield. There was a small seating area inside with a TV and a nice coffee station. The remote was sanitized before it was placed in the seating area, which I appreciated. My windshield was shattered by a buzzard and had small pieces of glass on the dashboard when I took it in. They cleaned up everything nicely and not one fingerprint on the windshield at all.

Dont go!!! Bad service!!! Seemed to be lazy operation. Lady in office said they tried to call (never did) when i arrived. That we had to reschedule cause i arrived right at 1:14 and they give you a 15 min late window. She said i hate that for you when im like ma'am its still in time it was 1:15 at this point. She said they scheduled one for right after mine Still 1:15. I asked are you serious? What The clock then changed to 1:16 she said it 1:16 now see. Lol ok i see wgats going on here. Nevee will i go back

Excellent customer service and the tech who came to the house was friendly and efficient. He was able to take care of a truck that needed special work to remove the windshield. When other glass companies wouldn’t touch this company did not disappoint.
