SAGA Motor Vehicle State Inspection

The owner is on a power trip. Don’t waste your time or money here. This is a warning review — stay away. The service is terrible and the staff is rude. They insist on driving your car into their garage, and they only accept cash but didn’t even have change to give me. The owner handed me $3 in quarters, dimes, and nickels from his own car. He has enough money for a big truck and his multiple women’s Pandora bracelets, but somehow couldn’t keep enough change on hand for customers. A week earlier I made the mistake of bringing my car here for an inspection. The owner failed it, saying my taillights were “too dark.” I explained that I had just been pulled over for speeding and the officer never mentioned anything about my lights, but he still refused to pass it. Stay away! This place is more strict than the Brownsville police department. They hopped in my car and started driving it around. This is the only place that has ever done that. I got pulled over for speeding and that’s all I got a ticket for. The owner kept insisting that my brake lights were illegal & wouldn’t pass, because they were painted. He even started scraping my headlights to prove a point. Apparently he knows more than the police. This place is a cash only business, but didn’t have enough cash to give me $13 in cash. I received $11 in cash and $2 in quarters, nickels, and dimes. The owner can afford multiple $2,000 women’s bracelets and a new lifted truck but doesn’t have $13 in cash. I wouldn’t recommend this place to my enemies.

Took my car in for an inspection early Saturday afternoon and they were about to close. The owner was kind enough to take in my car for inspection. The place is clean and both staff members that were there during my visit were kind and professional. Thank you so much for the fast service.

Very professional, they understand that time is very important and they will get you in and out as fast as possible. Is a small shop but they compensate with service. Definitely recommend it.
