This is one of the easier reviews I’ve done and the first on an auto dealership due to the many horrible experiences I’ve encountered in the past. I responded to an ad regarding a Toyota Tacoma SR5 pickup and it lead me to a young gentleman named Noah. We set an appointment to meet in Hanford at the place he works for called Sager CDJR auto dealership and told him I would be bringing a friend, actually he brought me since I happened to be without a car at the moment. It all starts with a Warm Hi and a Soothing conversation with a Good Cup of coffee with some creamer on the side. I am extremely disappointed with the service I received from this RAM dealership. My vehicle was in their shop for over two months because a part was on back order. During that entire time, no one bothered to update me—I had to be the one to call and follow up almost every time. They told me my truck was taken apart and they were “just waiting for the part,” but when the part finally arrived, suddenly another part was needed, causing even more delays and frustration. Because my truck sat there for so long, my battery died due to the way my vehicle was stored, and I ended up having to buy a brand-new battery out of my own pocket, which only added to the inconvenience and cost.
