If I could give them a 0 I would. I was sold a lemon car. I got my jeep grand Cherokee back in November & I’ve probably had it all but 3 weeks. I was put into a loaner car before driving off the lot because I was told the car I wanted just hit the dealership & hadn’t been inspected, but that whatever was wrong with it would be fixed. Gave them $3,000 down payment, did the paper work & drove off in a mom mini van until my car was ready. Which took 2 weeks. While I had the car I noticed some jerking & asked the manager Chris Leoni about it. He told me that since it’s a hybrid there’s a lag in the initial start up & it was normal. They sold me $84,000 truck with no spare tire. And they refuse give me one cause they think I stole $300 tire from $84,000 truck and them for a new one. What a stupid people work here

I should have looked at previos comments before swinging by and wasting my time. Parts rep sat at his computer, never gave me a glance or even acknowledged my standing right in front of counter. 5 minutes passed. Nothing. Horrible customer service. Won’t be back.

Seems strange that you behave to have an appt tondrop your car off and then they can take up to three days to look for the problem
