If I could rate this dealership a negative rating I would. Purchased my truck back on September 18th 2025. I didn't even have it 2 months and it has already been at my local dealership for a complete engine replacement sense November 5th. When I was there to go ahead and purchase my truck they verbally assured me that the truck had gone through 125 point inspection. But what they hadn't failed to tell me is that it must have failed. I am glad I bought the extended warranty because at this point I would have been screwed. Thankfully the truck still add manufacturer's warranty and all these repairs are going to be done under that but nevertheless this dealership out of Las Vegas is really shady. My 2020 Chrysler Pacifica needed lots of work and technical stuff Mr. Frank Lawson was very patient thorough and upmost professional at all times. If Sahar Dodge Chrysler had more like him the company would continue to get great ratings and awards. The whole staff was friendly and helpful. Took my 21 dodge charger r/t in for transmission issues. They were able to fix my issue. I highly recommend Sahara dodge
Sean Beria was helpful, professional and extremely communicative. He explained everything and gave me a timeliness which was met.
I went in for an issue with the battery and a starter on a ram ProMaster. After it was fixed, when I showed up to pay and pick up my van, I noticed they charged me $632 for the battery. I showed them that online, for that same exact van, the battery replacement was $432. They said they would get me a check in a couple days for the difference. I've been trying to get my money back for over a month now. They keep telling me they're going to do it, but it will be another week... And another week. It's false advertising.. they just need to fix it
