It's been going downhill for years but it's about as bad as it can get now I think. 9 times out of 10 there isn't even soap at the manual wash, isn't that kind of a basic part of washing your vehicle. You'd be better off just staying home and washing your vehicle with leftover tomato juice. oh and if you want to vacuum out your vehicle bring your own hose along because it's missing..
