Salazar Towing was such a lifesaver! My tires hit an island on Capital expressway and Ocala in San Jose on a hot busy afternoon. Car trouble is always stressful, but from the moment I made my call to Salazar Towing the whole experience was so much easier. They were kind, understanding, and quick to help. The driver Humberto showed up right on time, was super friendly, and took great care of my car. They are honest and reasonably priced. What really impressed me was how much they went out of their way to make sure I felt safe and comfortable. Salazar Towing was excellent at assisting me in a moment of trouble. They were quick to arrange my pick up and were there on time. I won’t recommend this towing service. They try robbing me out 90 dollars saying I had to pay them an extra fee cause it was more mileage then expected. They said they recommend me to a local near by shop and they took my all across town to a shop they owned that wasn’t even open yet. I felt trapped having them tow my car like I was being robbed at gun point. They even demanded payment before they put my car down like I was gonna run away with it. But yes my experience with this service was not satisfactory. If I could would leave zero starts.

I remember calling this company when I bought my first car and experienced a flat tire. I didn't have designated roadside assistance so I called Salazar's hoping the service would be prompt as a non-member to a brand. I unexpectedly received service right away, communication was straight forward, and the price was reasonable and affordable. Almost 10 years later, I recently had another car issue and had a request I was afraid would be hard to accommodate, but the owner Jose, and his employee Juan, made things extremely simple and to the point. I can tell this business is run by hard working people who know what they're doing, they ask all the right questions without the hassle, and they get it done.
