Salazar Transmissions & Towing

We were towing a travel trailer on I-10 when our transmission began to overheat and slip. Salazar was the nearest qualified transmission shop and had by far the best reviews, so we had our tow vehicle and travel trailer towed 120 miles there, arriving about 10:30PM after our breakdown at 3:00PM. I had phoned Christian before arrival and he said he'd start configuring a rebuilt transmission for my GMC Yukon and have it ready to start the install first thing in the morning. He was intimately familiar with my particular transmission and had re-built units in stock. We camped out in our Trailer parked in front of his house all night while waiting for morning. Awesome customer service , great pricing compared to other shops. Walked me through the whole process of fixing my transmission on my 2010 ram 1500 big horn 5.7 hemi. Gave me the run down and history of the transmission. Now my truck is running better than before and I couldnt be more satisfied with the professionalism and skills of this shop. Hands down probably the most professional and friendly shop I have ever been to. They had my transmission rebuilt in a day. Good price, extremely good service. If you have any kind of transmission issues and live in the odessa area, take your vehicle to them.
