Here now at the shop n just watched him go back and forth with a customer over their concern of him mishandling their car. Idk who was right or wrong but the girl never raised her voice ( but spoke passionately ) asked questions and tried to end the conversation and he just kept trying to have the last word and it wasn’t professional at all. I wouldn’t want someone talking to me like that. I will update the review on my car services when finished. But wanted to share their customer service skills need some work. I told her to write a review and she said it wasn’t worth it but i think i is . Service is beyond cars it includes personality too. I’m also noticing a lot of reviews reference their interpersonal skills and not so much their work. So perhaps the work is okay but i want more for th
