It's tough and frustrating to find a service shop that does not try to "handle" you (for lack of better terms) these days. That said, Art at Salisbury Motor Car went above and beyond when it came to figuring out what was going on with my 2013 Audi S5 (6-Speed Manual). He is up-front, friendly, professional, knowledgable, and honest. Highly recommend bringing your vehicles and business over to them!
My Dad years ago bought his car(s) from Salisbury Motor Car as well as got his service there. I now have an older Tiguan and have started taking it to them. So glad I have. Good service, friendly and family run. So much better than VW dealership. The dealership prices are so expensive and they nickel and dime you. Not here. I highly recommend Salisbury Motor Car Company
I've only brought my 2017 VW Tiguan here twice but I couldn't imagine bringing my vehicle anywhere else now to be worked on! Superb maintenence done quick, very accommodating and friendly atmosphere.

Over the past 40 years I personally have went there with my AUDIs and VWs they have always done a excellent job of caring for them and as time has went on both of my sons age 35 and 30 also bring their vehicles there along with their own families vehicles and we all receive the same excellent service I would recommend SALISBURY MOTOR CAR to anyone
