Salt Flats Towing Nevada Yard

Best call Rick’s Mr. Towing instead if you want the job done. I’ve never seen a towing employee show up more unprepared. After calling and explaining our car and camper were stuck 10 feet off the shoulder of 80, the owner said he could help. An employee arrived unable to understand much English and actually asked US (asked US!) how we planned on getting the car out. His boss later complained that we were waiting in the camper instead of instructing him how to get our car out. Unbelievable, I didn’t know I was a towing consultant as well. We called Rick’s Mr. Towing, and he got right to work, no questions asked, all while we stayed in the warm camper sheltered from the 20 mph winds exposure. I highly advise against this incompetent company.

My husband and I just want to say thank you again! Our car was out of gas in the middle of no where last night, we tried a few calls but no one respond. We were anxious and finally tried Salt Flats Towing. These guys are awesome! We never had someone respond so quickly and came to help us immediately!

Can't recommend this company enough the tow truck driver that we had was so kind and polite and they were able to pick us up within 20 minutes of me placing the call can't recommend this company enough 5 + Stars

Rudest experience ever!!!!!!! The driver was extremely rude, very short with us. The driver was asked about cables to give us a charge on our battery so we could roll up windows and lock it up. He said no I dont have cables!!! My husband had to climb and get our cables in the back of our car and unbury them. (We were coming home from vacation.)Well he only left our cables on for a very short time before just taking them off.(Oh yeah not to mention that we were charge 100 dollars just to get our car across the street.) Pocketed $100 dollars and didn't even give us a receipt. After payment he jumped back into the truck and drove off. We had to call the office to his boss to get a receipt sent via text. Come on I know that it was late but we were just as exhausted as the next person. But th

Locked my keys in my car as I was passing through town. Called sever places but Salt Flats actually showed up and got the car open. Price was reasonable too for a late Friday night. Thanks Salt Flats Towing
