They clearly explained the pricing and features and answered all my questions. The paperwork was handled quickly and the car was ready on time. I’m very satisfied with the purchase and service. 🚗

Bought a Jeep, bought a warranty. Was told their shop checked it all out and there was no issue with the vehicle. Next day check engine light is one, get diagnosed as a fuel pump issue at a local mecahnic for free. Warranty doesn't cover fuel systems. Call dealership to see if I can organize something with them since the purchase was so recent - bit of a slap in the face to repair a car just purchased from a dealership. They won't comp their own $200 diagnostic charge let alone doing something for the cost of repair. So, highly do NOT recommend

I had a great experience with Salt Lake Valley Auto. Angel and Jayden went above and beyond. I’m headed out of town for work and dropped my truck off to get bed liner installed. They set up an uber ride to the airport for me and are dropping my truck off at my house when the liner is done. Top notch service!

Honestly had a terrible experience with this Auto Group. The salesman has been the absolute definition of a car salesman. Incredibly pushy, and continuously trying to get me to lower the asking price. This has gone on for over a month. I told him to stop contacting me unless he gives a fair offer and is still relentless in reaching out. I would advise anyone to not go to this dealership.

We are visiting from Canada and discovered we hate the car we drove all the way here. We decided to visit a dealership to scout out what we may like to consider when we return home, no intentions of buying. We were very clear on that with the guys we spoke to, but all of them were kind and considerate and even found us the perfect vehicle that would suit us. A young guy, Rayan (probably spelt completely wrong) was the very best. Totally got what we wanted to do and gave us the best service after we totally told him he was not going to get a sale out of us. Fantastic service!!
