The lady at the front desk Kathy is very rude has a bad attitude all the time. Get ready to be disrespected from her. I looked past that for a while after serval trips here. Employees are rude to they try make you seem like your not knowledgeable. They charge way too much on parts. Chrome door handles $25 a piece what a joke when you buy them new online for $27 new online. Supposed to be a parts savage yard but won’t sell me a cover for cabin air filter. What a joke of business. Don’t let these scam artists rip you off go to another junk yard or try to buy it new. O yeah If do shop here you will be waiting hours for them to pull a part they w

the lady that is running the counter is as nice as she can be and super helpful.and they always have what I need.at a fair price

I have to say, I really admire the lady working at the front desk, she is very adamant about getting the right part to get your job done. I don't know what the company would do without her. Thank you all for your hard work. Sometimes (because this place offers great products with prices that you can afford,) the waiting times might linger a little more than what you anticipated, but be kind, they do their best to serve the community. Nice people good parts at good price but expect to be there for at least an hour

Someone recommended this place to me and I’m so glad they did. When I walked in the lady at the front was so very friendly, she knew right away what I needed and thankfully had the part in stock. I inquired about another vehicle while I was there and she also had those in stock as well.. I commented to her that she knew a lot about cars. She is awesome!!
