These guys are good people and are willing to help you but they need to be more organized. I called them about a part they posted on car-parts.com and they confirmed that the have the parts that I was looking for. I told them verify that the part is available because it is about 2.5 hour from my lot to their yard, they confirmed that the have the parts. I drove 2.5hrs to pick up the part ,only for them to tell me that the part is not available. To worsen the matter they claimed that I never called them to verify if the parts were available but when I showed them my phone call list, they all denied talking to me. Not going to lie! the other comments had me not wanting to buy from here BUT! I went on thier website, found the specific car part I needed which had the price posted too, I then called and asked about the part which they then confirmed the price and said they will call me back to be 100% sure and double check to make sure the part is there, about 20min later I received a callback and was told its there but unfortunately they were about to close so I said I will be by tomorrow! Showed up the next day, walked in, asked about the part and it was allready sitting on the desk, PRICE WAS THE SAME AS WE DISCUSS! just paid extra $2/$3 for taxes and was on my way!👍 Very great experience, maybe I got lucky🤷🏽 idk will do business again😉

The business looks good, but I called and asked 3 times to make sure they have the part in good shape, they confirmed, but they only take it out from the car when you are there...1h drive...the part was not there. And I asked for another part, they sent me to look after a silver car, it was black. I guess inventory work is not easy.

The Customer Service was courteous over the phone and in person. I was also given knowledge and extra pointers when getting new parts on your car. Thank you for the exceptional service and being able to assist me. Best, Savannah

Made me pay twice for a part because the first part was not useable. Didn’t honor proper customer service and blamed me for not seeing that his part was defective when pulled.
