This place does get super busy but that’s because he’s so good!! Very nice guy, reasonable prices & really gets the job done no bs. I’ll always take my car to him unless he absolutely really can’t fix something but that’s almost never!

I've been coming here for 4 years with my older car that seems to need something every 6 months now. Sam Lee Auto Repair gets five stars every time. They are fast, extremely knowledgeable and professional, reliable, and excellent value. So trustworthy. Especially appreciate them for mysterious or complicated things. I've seen low-end and high-end cars there with customers all happy. Every time I come here, there are repeat customers that clearly value the work and the owner, and customers are always happy and relieved. Epitome of a trusted mechanic. 🏆

Sam Lee Auto Repair did an excellent job fixing my work van. After my brakes gave out and the right rear brake was completely damaged, they managed to get everything repaired in just two hours. Sam was super nice throughout the process, and John, the owner, was very responsive and helpful. Great service, quick turnaround, and friendly staff—highly recommended!

I've been taking my car to Sam Lee Auto for 10 years. I have always been happy with the service and the fair prices for repair. Today, I took my car in for an oil change even tho I wasn't feeling well. I showed John the paperwork for a smog test needed to renew the registration and asked if they were able to do that as well He told me to leave it on the seat and said he would help After the oil change, John sent one of his guys in my car to get the smog test! I couldn't believe it! They paid for it with their own money and I paid them back. What service! They really helped me out today and I will never forget it.

I'm holding off on going as far as a one-star review because I have had positive experiences here in the past, but yesterday was... disappointing. I never got a call telling me my car was ready, and once I got home I realized they hadn't given me the extra 1qt of oil that should have been left over from the oil change (I brought a 5qt container, engine capacity is 3.9). When I called, they said there was barely any left over, so I checked the dip stick and found they'd put in too much oil. After needing to make the drive back for them to fix the mistake, I asked about what they'd do to make up for the issue, since at a minimum I'm out that quart of oil, not to mention time/trouble/wear to bring my car back, and got a verbal promise they'd give me an extra quart of oil next time I'm in.
